Buggy Tour Playa del Carmen

CANCELLATION POLICY

72 hour minimum cancellation notice for full refund. 48 hours notice for 50% refund.
No refund within 24 hours of tour time.
Due to fees levied by credit card processing companies, a 10 USD refund fee applies to all cancellations.

NOTES AND RESTRICTIONS

Minimum of 6 people required for operating
Singles are not allowed minimum 2 people per buggy 2 seater
Families with children without driving license will have our family buggies
Closed / toe shoes is mandatory
Drivers may switch during the tour stops.
Buggies are not shared with strangers; only with people from your own reservation.
The tour includes the complete equipment (bandanas and glasses) but if you prefer we have the equipment for sale as well
Minimum age required 5 years old
Not recommended for pregnant woman
Sunscreen, bug repellent, towels recommended
This tour starts and ends in Playa del Carmen
No show will not be refunded

Groups up to maximum 18 people
Pickup time may be up to 2 hours before the tour starts, depending on your hotel's location.
Body insurance included. Due to insurance regulations, children cannot ride in 2-seater buggies.
